I've been trying to redeem my winnings for the past 10 hours and nobody will respond to me the email does not work Chat says under 2 hours and nobody has responded to me it's been about 10 ,12 hours. This is ridiculous

Casino Meister was instrumental in helping me get a refund from a casino that was accepting my deposits and they shouldn’t have been because where I am located. It was a jurisdiction that they’re not licensed in. Anyways.Casino meister led the way and really helped. Me. Thank you. 5 stars forsure.
